Yes, after a bloody long 12-year wait, Malaysia finally got their long-waited Olympic medal!Thanks to Lee Chong Wei, who had made it to the final in the badminton men's single, after defeating Korean Lee Hyun Il 21-18, 13-21, 21-13 in 62 minutes in the semi-final just hour ago. So now, we have at least a silver in the pocket. But of course, we will be all praying for the GOLD to come!
Gosh, I can already imagine Chong Wei winning the final point in the final now~!
Be it Lin Dan or Chen Jin, beat the bloody snobbish Chinese player!!!

Other updates... Malaysian archer Cheng Chu Sian made us proud by making it into the quarter-final in the individual event. He shocked South Korea's world champion Lee Chang Hwan to make it to the last eight. Although losing to Russia's Bair Badenov(who seriously looks more like a Chinese)in the quarter, it was a REAL ACHIEVEMENT to him and to Malaysia. Lee Chong Wei!! Our HERO!! PROUD OF YOU! I watched the badminton semi-final match live justnow! (finally RTM forecast Chong Wei's badminton match live...just because it's semi final lah and it is so important for all Malaysian)He really played well in the first game and he was infront of Hyun-il within that game but in the 2nd game, he was suffering with some problems lah and i just kept saying i don't want rubber game...i don't want rubber game..Chong Wei, just finish this game and you will be in the final.. But he performed not so good in the second game so there was a rubber game..During the rubber game,my heart was beating very fast and i just kept shouting!When Chong Wei get one mark,i just YES!Haha!!Actually in the rubber game,when i saw his mark was going nearer to the match point,i know that he will win already! Finally, Chong Wei didn't dissapoint all Malaysian and me!
HE DID IT TO THE FINAL!! CHONG WEI, BEAT LIN DAN AND GET A GOLD MEDAL,THE 1ST MEDAL FOR MALAYSIA!!
